Referrals

We take referrals from various agencies and local boroughs; we also take self-referrals. We are normally able to offer a visit to visit and see the accommodation if required.

Criteria:
Mum/mum-to-be must be over 16yrs old
Baby preferably under 2yrs (due to room/flat size)
Mum needs to have recourse to public funds and therefore eligible for benefits (Housing Benefit covers the rent)
Mum needs to have some form of support needs

We operate a waiting list based on priority of need.
