Our upstairs accommodation has shared facilities whilst our downstairs accommodation is self-contained.
Rent is payable via Housing Benefit directly to Christian Family Concern. Service Charge is payable by the resident.

Residents in self-contained flats are liable for their Council Tax bill, however they can apply for Council Tax Support, which covers approximately 75% of the bill. The resident is liable for the balance.
